Placing an order

  • Find the product you want to order 

  • Click 'add to shopping basket'

  • You can then choose to continue shopping or go to checkout

  • Fill in the delivery details

  • You will then have the choice whether to pay by debit/credit card via Paypal or by cheque.

Credit Card Payments

We accept the following credit/debit cards      

No credit / debit card details are held by us. To ensure your maximum protection from fraud all card payments are collected via Worldpay ( we do occasionally experience problems with Worldpay accepting Maestro cards in the online shop. Cheque Payment

 Please allow 10 working days for your payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to:

 Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item shown and to amend prices where necessary

We aim to despatch  orders within 3 working days by Royal Mail first class or parcel post / courier for larger/heavier items.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery at busy times.


 Occasionally, despite our best efforts, an item may be out of stock. We will inform you promptly of the estimated delivery time. You then have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

All delivery times are estimates and are subject to availability


 The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Blue Moon Equine by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.

In the event you are not fully satisfied with a product we offer a 7 day full money back guarantee on the goods, providing the product is returned to us unsoiled, undamaged and unused.

Please note goods must be returned in original packaging, with invoice before any refund or exchange can take place.

Please be aware that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods. Handling and insurance are also at customers expense.

Blue Moon Equine cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any goods in transit. We therefore recommend you obtain proof of posting from your post office.

Special items / custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

We are not able to accept returns of supplements/ feedstuffs.
